Sheila’s Paisley Leaf is a contemporary reinterpretation of the original, intricate paisley pattern that originated in ancient Persia. The pattern was used extensively in clothing and textiles made in Paisley, Scotland. As a result of its popularity, the design became known as the Paisley Pattern.
