Ordering a piece of jewellery? Here's everything you need to know about your delivery.
We ship to any postal address worldwide.
We offer free delivery across the UK.
Overseas shipping costs vary depending on where in the world you are and are calculated and confirmed with you at the point of sale.
We post all UK orders by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, which usually arrive with you within 2-3 working days. If you need your order quicker, there are other paid-for options available at checkout.
For worldwide deliveries we use Royal Mail International. But again, if you need your order quicker, there are options to upgrade to 'Signed For' services, which also have track and trace through the Royal Mail website.
Yes, gift wrapping is available free of charge on all orders. Just select the option for 'Gift wrap' when you get to checkout.
Of course! We're happy to post anywhere you'd like us to. Just ensure that you select a different delivery address to your billing address when you get to checkout. We'll take care of the rest!
Returns and exchanges
If, for any reason, you'd like to return or exchange an item, here's what you need to know...
Due to the nature of our business, certain items are made bespoke by the jeweller for the customer and therefore cannot be returned to stock. But, this is not the case with every item.
We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer care, so if you do want to discuss making a return, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
This of course does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
We can't offer exchanges on bespoke pieces of jewellery that have been made to order. But, we can offer exchanges on items that don't fit or have been gifted and are not to taste.
We deal with exchange requests on a case by case basis. If you'd like to exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Alternatively, if you're in the area, do pop into our shop in Oban and our team will be able to help.

We offer a range of ring sizes across our collections. To keep things as simple as possible for you, we give you the option to choose your size based on the sizing system in the country you live in.
We can't make changes to the product itself, in terms of the design or size, but we can do basic alterations, such as shortening the length of a chain on a necklace or bracelet.

We often find it's easier for the jeweller who created the piece to do the repairs themselves. So, if an item you bought from us needs fixing, please get in touch and we'll arrange for it to be sent to the jeweller for repair.
