A small stone, in the Orkney Museum, Kirkwall inspired me to create this collection which has a message written in Ogham, a pictish text.
The translation on the stone reads 'A Blessing on the Soul' which is a very personal sentiment. I then researched the language further creating other messages of my own such as 'She' and 'Heaven'.This Ogham message reads 'A Blessing on the Soul'.
