Regular price £205.00This interlaced pattern echoes Viking-era carvings on an intricate rune stone found in Sjusta, Uppland, Sweden, and dating to the late 11th or early 12th century.
It was commissioned by Rúna, in memory of her four Viking sons, and carved by one of the leading runemasters of the time, Öpir.
How do we know Öpir carved it? Because he signed the rock next to his artwork - just as every piece of Ola Gorie jewellery has a 'maker's mark' discretely placed on it.
